We want your planning process to feel smooth, simple, and stress-free. Here you’ll find answers to the questions couples ask most often about our spaces, policies, amenities, and wedding day flow. If you need anything more, we’re always here to help.

  • You’ll have full access to the bridal suite, groom’s suite, outdoor chapel, climate-controlled reception space, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, sweetheart area, whiskey barrels, and use of our boxwood photobooth. Everything is designed to make your day effortless, beautiful, and memorable.

  • Our space can beautifully host up to 250 guests. You'll have 180 chairs included, with the option to rent more to perfectly match your guest count.

  • Yes! We believe every couple should shape their day their way. You may bring the caterer you love — there’s just a small caterer buyout fee if they’re outside our preferred list.

  • Absolutely. While our outdoor chapel is breathtaking, you’ll also have full access to our indoor climate-controlled space, where you can arrange chairs in rows or invite guests to remain comfortably seated at their tables. We also offer a spacious covered patio, allowing you to transition your ceremony seamlessly if the weather changes.

  • You’ll have access from

    • 8 AM – 11 PM on Fridays & Saturdays

    • 8 AM – 10 PM on Sundays
This allows plenty of time for setup, celebration, and a smooth end to the evening.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring personal décor that fits your vision. Many couples use our included décor items — such as whiskey barrels, wood rounds, lanterns, or our sweetheart setup — to elevate their space beautifully.

  • We do! For couples who want a completely hands-off experience, we offer setup and cleanup packages as optional add-ons.

  • Yes, each wedding includes a 30-minute outdoor rehearsal walkthrough during your wedding week, typically a Thursday, based on venue availability.

  • Yes — we require a $750 refundable security deposit, returned about one month after your event as long as everything is in perfect condition.

  • Yes. Couples are required to purchase a simple event insurance policy, which protects you and your guests. You may also add Cancellation Insurance, offering peace of mind by covering your wedding in the rare event plans change.

  • Yes — our indoor building is fully climate-controlled, so your guests stay comfortable in any season.

  • Simply fill out our contact form or click “Book a Tour.” We’ll share available dates, go over your vision, and help you reserve your special day.
